I created this solution after experiencing Imposter Syndrome in my own coaching programs. As a self-described conflict avoider, I could have used this tool when I first became a people manager. Before Max, difficult conversations were my greatest fear.

My corporate career in talent development and technologies left me seeking greater impact. In 2020, I followed my passion to help others transform their lives through coaching, while continuing my work with learning technologies. I earned my Functional Medicine Coaching Academy (FMCA) certification in 2023 and International Coaching Federation (ICF) ACC credential in 2024.

I believe in coaching's power to improve the world. By combining my coaching insights with emerging technologies, I'm helping accelerate learning in coaching communities. Coach to the Max is just the beginning.

Regarding AI: I understand the mixed feelings surrounding it. I'm dedicated to showing how AI can be used for good. Beyond Coach to the Max, I help small businesses implement AI-driven automation, allowing them to focus on their core strengths while AI handles the administrative work.
