Administrators have access to your records solely for tech support purposes, and will never share your recordings, transcripts or feedback with anyone without your explicit permission. You may optionally choose to share any or all of these with a mentor or instructor. Forwarding your email is the easiest way to share, but you can also download the files as well. (Downloading audio recordings is a good option if you wish to retain them for future use as they expire after 30 days.)

What countries can participate?
Currently Max is available in the U.S. and Canada, as we want to ensure we are able to provide stellar support in a timely manner before expanding to other countries. How reliably does the process work?
The AI system is highly advanced, but like any technology, occasional hiccups can occur. The vast majority of sessions run smoothly, and we continuously improve the experience.
What is the difference between the AI clients and prospects?
AI clients are designed for coaching practice, allowing you to work on refining your coaching techniques.
AI prospects are designed for sales practice, helping you gain confidence in selling your coaching services.
Can I coach or sell to the same AI persona multiple times?
Yes! You can interact with AI personas multiple times. However, each session will be a fresh experience, allowing you to refine your skills in different scenarios.
How long are the sessions?
Try It Before You Buy It version (no membership): Up to 15-minute speed sessions
Paid plans: Up to 30-minute sessions
How do I prepare for each session?
Select your persona (AI client or prospect).
Choose your coaching framework or sales approach (if applicable).
Start the session and engage as if speaking with a real person.
Will the tool remember my previous sessions?
Currently, the AI does not retain session memory. Each session starts fresh, allowing you to practice in different scenarios without carrying over past interactions.
With sufficient interest in the tool, we hope to add session memory to better simulate a true selling or coaching relationship.
How accurate is the feedback?
The AI provides structured feedback based on coaching frameworks and conversation flow analysis. While it's highly accurate, it’s designed to complement—not replace—human feedback from instructors or mentors.
What happens if the AI hangs up or makes a mistake?
AI is powerful but not perfect. In rare cases, the AI might disconnect or misunderstand a response. If this happens, simply restart your session. If the issue persists, contact support at support@coachtothemax.com.
What if the AI starts coaching me?
AI is designed to simulate a client or prospect, but in rare cases, it might shift roles. If this happens, gently redirect the conversation back on track. Even with occasional quirks, AI-powered practice remains a great alternative or complement to traditional peer coaching.
Are the calls recorded?
Yes! Every session generates a written transcript and a recorded playback for review which is sent via email. You can use these for personal study or share them with a mentor or instructor.
Can I review my previous coaching or sales calls?
Yes! Paid members will receive an email after each session that includes:
A written transcript
A recording of the session
The rubric-aligned assessment
You can study these materials on your own or share them with your instructor or mentor for additional insights and discussion.
What’s the best way to use the feedback provided?
We recommend:
Reviewing the transcript and recording to identify patterns.
Comparing feedback against coaching frameworks to spot areas of improvement.
Optionally sharing feedback with a mentor or instructor for additional insight and discussion.
Practicing again with new strategies based on feedback.

Are there known issues or bugs?
While rare, occasional technical issues may arise. The most common is that Max sometimes tries to be too helpful and starts coaching. If this happens, say, “Stay in your role” and this should correct the issue. We are continuously improving the platform, and if you encounter a bug, please report it to support at support@coachtothemax.com. Be sure to include the specifics of what you’re experiencing.
