Pain, Budget, Decision framework by David Sandler · Discovery calls — Evaluates how effectively you flip the sales dynamic — acting as a consultant who lets the prospect discover they need help, rather than pitching. Covers bonding, up-front contracts, pain discovery, budget and decision.
ICF-Aligned
International Coach Federation Core Competencies · Coaching sessions — Based on the ICF’s 8 core competencies across four domains. Evaluates ethical practice, coaching mindset, relationship building, effective communication, and how you facilitate client growth.
G.R.O.W.-Aligned
Goal – Reality – Options – Will framework · Coaching sessions — Based on Sir John Whitmore’s G.R.O.W. model. Assesses how effectively you guide clients through each phase: establishing clear goals, exploring current reality, generating options, and committing to action.

NHS health coaching competency standards · Coaching sessions — Evaluates person-centred approaches, behaviour change techniques, motivational interviewing, wellbeing outcomes, evidence-based practice, and client empowerment.
Functional Medicine Coaching-Aligned
NBHWC + Institute for Functional Medicine framework · Coaching sessions — Based on the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching competencies developed with the Institute for Functional Medicine. Evaluates establishing the coaching process, facilitating vision and behaviour change, applying functional medicine principles, positive psychology and motivational interviewing, and professional standards.
