Terms of Service

Coach to the Max — a service of Leanifi Business Solutions LLC. Effective February 20, 2026.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Coach to the Max is an AI-powered coaching practice tool. It is NOT a substitute for professional coaching training, certification programs, or real client interactions. The AI clients are simulated personas for practice purposes only. Assessments are AI-generated feedback, not professional evaluations.

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Leanifi Business Solutions LLC, a Maine limited liability company doing business as Coach to the Max. By using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Coach to the Max provides AI-powered coaching practice sessions: access to AI client and prospect personas, browser-based voice conversations, rubric-based assessments shown on screen after each call with a copy emailed, a transcript assessor for real calls, and optional custom persona and rubric creation. All AI clients are computer-generated personas. They are not real people.

3. What This Service Is NOT

Not professional coaching training. Not a coaching certification. Not a substitute for real client interactions or for mentor coaching required by any credentialing body.

4. User Responsibilities

Provide accurate contact information; use the Service for legitimate coaching practice; do not abuse or manipulate the AI systems; do not record or redistribute call recordings without permission; understand that assessments are AI-generated and may contain errors.

5. Call Recording and Data

All practice calls are recorded and transcribed to generate your assessment. Your contact information is used solely to deliver the call and assessment. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing.

6. AI Limitations

AI personas may not perfectly simulate real human behaviour, assessments may contain inaccuracies, the Service depends on third-party technology that may experience outages, and call quality may be affected by your connection, microphone or background noise.

7. Pricing

The Service is offered on a subscription basis at $29 per month. Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of your current billing period. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with advance notice to existing subscribers.

8. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maine.
